Carter – Highpoint Commons

Columbus, Ohio
A mixed-use development comprised of two, six-story buildings with 301 apartments and 23,000 square feet of retail space. Located along an eight-acre park in downtown Columbus, Highpoint Commons offers both retail and residential tenants with a mix of studio, one, and two bedroom floor plans including townhomes and premium home features and interior finishes.

Swath expanded the brand, designing interior signage, pedestrian scale entrance identification, and townhouse exterior unit identification.
