The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden is expanding its ticket sales building and entrance gate area with a new guest portal and pathway. To ensure effective wayfinding and minimize confusion, Swath analyzed the Zoo’s parking and guest experience.
Through interviews, research, and an in-depth audit, Swath developed a wayfinding plan that considers visitors’ varied approaches to the new entrance. The plan integrates the Zoo’s brand and existing sign systems, using color coding, icons, and other graphic devices to enhance navigation.
