The wayfinding system addresses unique issues with this site: two medical office buildings (each providing different services) share an entrance with a retail and residential development located behind the building.

Swath designed newly branded wayfinding that begins at the busy four-lane road. Prevalent identification and directional signage immediately separates and defines the medical office buildings from the retail and residential components. The system continues, effectively helping patients and visitors navigate parking, the two medical office buildings, multiple building entrances, and the facility interiors.
