Carter – Current at the Banks

Current at the Banks, a Carter development completed in 2010, consists of 300 luxury apartments set atop street-level retail. Swath’s scope of work included the logo design as well as wayfinding and design for the building exterior, interior, and tenant parking. We addressed all building entrance identification, interior lobbies, directories, apartment numbering, and operational signage.
