Carter – Radius at the Banks

The second phase of the Banks, a Carter development, Radius, was a much-needed expansion to downtown Cincinnati’s luxury apartment community.

The setting is a riverfront property with resort-style amenities including a modern fitness center, pool, yoga studio, clubhouse, and modern interiors. Balconies open up to views of a dynamic cityscape or the timeless Ohio River.

Swath designed a wayfinding and exterior sign system using visual elements of the brand as a key design feature. The targeted demographic calls for a sophisticated design with elegant, refined materials, and finishes. Swath’s scope of services included exterior building signage, building entrances, directories, apartment numbers, wayfinding, and operational signage.
