The Christ Hospital underwent a challenging three-year, $280 million master plan expansion project, which had a persistent and adverse impact on patients, visitors, staff, and doctors trying to navigate the campus. Swath was commissioned to develop and manage a daily temporary navigation system to address the constantly evolving layout due to construction.
Swath designed a versatile graphic language that could be applied seamlessly across various scales. Combining
elements of construction site aesthetics with a touch of hospital formality, the graphics struck a balance between familiarity and professionalism. The bold and vibrant visuals provided reassurance to individuals navigating through construction zones and unfamiliar areas, guiding them confidently along the right path.
Moreover, these graphics were crafted using removable and reusable materials, delivering a substantial and convenient cost-saving advantage to our client.
